3. User Accounts

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Feston and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

8. Service Availability

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We may suspend or terminate the Service for maintenance, updates, or other operational reasons with reasonable notice when possible.

9. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Feston be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, arising from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. We may export your data upon request within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
